Tournament and League - Sliding Update 50/70:
Players on the 50/70 and 60/90 diamond may use any method of sliding they wish. Base runners must slide or make every possible effort to avoid serious contact with a defensive player. Jumping over or running into a defensive player can be grounds for immediate ejection from the game. This is an umpire judgment call and is not a protest situation.
