The Jersey Shore Baseball League is one of the oldest amateur travel baseball leagues in the country. JSBL started in 1928 and was an integral contributor to baseball history in NJ. The JSBL was put on hold between 1943-1945 due to World War II as most of the JSBL players were in the military. The JSBL resumed in 1946 and has been going strong ever since!
JSBL is an advanced, unlimited league with no age restrictions. Most players are current, future or former college players. The average age is 21 years old in this league and is designed for advanced teams and baseball players.
