Power HittinG Skills CAMP

LIVE hitting drills. If you can HIT, you'll be in the lineup!

The hitting training camp will be run by Charlie Frazier.  Brother of Todd Frazier, Charlie was drafted by the Florida Marlins and played from 1999-2005

This training camp is timed to bring players right into your school tryouts who will learn the Frazier way of hitting!

3 Day Program

We will have a 3 day program which is designed by Charlie Frazier.  Much of the camp will be the same drills that Major League teams go through in Spring Training.

* Many drills that MLB players use. Tees, front toss and Live BP!

This training camp will be focused on a combo of old school and new school ways of hitting. Your young athlete will work on a strong base and core and will have repetition in swings to get the muscle memory.

They will then build up to the upper body with weighted bats, strength bands, and balance in order to complete the full swing dynamics.

After working on the skills of power hitting, they will also work on infield/outfield and even catchers drills in order to elevate their game to the next level!
