COVID-19 REFUND/CREDIT POLICIES

COVID-19 Tournament Credit/Refund Policy:

  • Option 1: 100% credit to be used on any future USABL season or tournaments. This is strongly encouraged to avoid any deduction.
  • Option 2: Refund less $25 admin fee per tournament
    • Please understand this is merely cover a portion of the expenses that we cannot recover (ie. merchant processing fees). 

COVID-19 League Credit/Refund Policy:

  • Option 1: USABL will provide a 100% credit for your team's 2021 league fee to be used on any future USABL season or tournaments. 
  • Option 2: Refund less $150
    • USABL will refund your team's 2021 league fee (paid to date).  Please note that $150.00 will be deducted from this refund to cover costs already incurred by USABL in preparation for the upcoming 2021 season. Should your team elect the refund option, the insurance in place for your team will be void ab initio and no coverage will be deemed to have been in place for your team at any point for the 2021 calendar year via the USABL policy.  Any practice or scrimmage games, etc., held during 2021 will have been undertaken at your own risk and/or only be covered under your team's own independent coverage or other coverages your team had in place through another organization or facility. In order to expedite refunds for payments made on credit cards, please provide the last name listed on the credit card used to pay the league fee.  
    • If you paid by check (not CC), please let me know as soon as possible.
